LOGEX 09 - Adriatic Charter Countries exercise
A logistics exercise - LOGEX 09 - kicked off on October 12, 2009 at the military barracks 'Straso Pindzur' in Petrovec, Macedonia and will run until October 23. The exercise brings together over 60 officers, non commissioned officers from Macedonia, Croatia and Albania, as well as representatives of observer-countries - the Ukraine, Georgia, Montenegro and Denmark.
Interoperability exercise Combined Endeavor 2009 has started
"Combined Endeavor 2009" (CE 09), the largest and most prominent Security Cooperation and Communications and Information System (CIS) military exercise in the world, has started on September 03.
The event took place at Kozara baracks in Banja Luka, Bosnia and Herzegovina.
According to the Public Relationds Office of the MOD BiH, more than 435 military and civilian personnel from 27 countries and the host Bosnia and Herzegovina take part in this exercise.
The representatives of the US EUCOM, representatives of the USA Embassy in BiH, and the MoD and AF BiH officials were present on the opening ceremony.
