What is PIMS?

PIMS stands for Partnership for Peace Information Management System. It is a DSCA program and it is funded by the Warsaw Initiative Fund (WIF).


What is PIMS Mission?

To strengthen Euro-Atlantic Security Cooperation and Interoperability by providing opportunities and technology to share knowledge and promote transformation.


Can I invite others to the website?

If you know others in the NATO-PfP Community that are interested in related community issues and topics, please point them to the PIMS homepage, http://www.pims.org and encourage them to register for an account.


Is any of the information posted here classified or restricted?

All information should be releasable to the Internet. There is no classified information on PIMS sites.


What are the topics I can expect to see discussed on the Members website?

PfP priority topics:

New communities of interest on topics can be created upon demand. You can contact us if you are involved in another PfP cooperative topic and need assistance in creating an Internet-based working group to share information with other colleagues.


Is it difficult to find and post information via the PIMS Member’s site?

The PIMS Members’ site has been designed to be as user-friendly as possible. If you are familiar with navigating Internet websites and using word processing software, you should be able to use the tools in the PIMS collaboration environment. Once logged into the Members site, an online step-by-step User Manual is available.
